Each work contains a chamber — a defined void that holds and concentrates the presence of an element. Earth, water, fire, air and elemental metals are distilled into quiet, contained forms.

As light moves across the surface, subtle shadows settle into the recesses, creating depth and shifting atmospheres.
The rich, warm tones with subtle variation evoke the evolving surface of copper.Each unique work is made from hand-cut, layered acid-free paper, sealed with a protective finish and presented in an oak box frame.
