Sophie De Zutter is a Belgian artist born in 1979. Her work is an intimate exploration of material, time, and the balance between strength and fragility. Handmade paper, clay, and pigments become witnesses to a subtle dialogue between the hand, the material, and the moment. She creates her own paper using traditional papermaking techniques, learned through the transmission of this ancestral craft.
