Marike Andeweg is an Amsterdam-based artist. She graduated in Industrial Product Engineering in 2001 and draws on her technical background and experience as a creative business owner for her full-time art practice, which she has pursued intensively for the past five years. Her technical education and material expertise form a solid foundation, evolving from design into art that distills visual clutter into serene compositions.
