Valou Kervyn Belgian, b. 1973

"alors, j'emballe, je regroupe le materiel et j'attaque... Ce moment là est comme suspendu."

Valous Kervyn's work has been described as “colorful rhythms… a space of geometric freedom and superimposed emotions”. Her artistic philosophy echoes that of Vincent Van Gogh: “I dream my painting, and then I paint my dream”. As such her paintings are an expression of her emotions.  "Expressive by nature, coupled with a strong sensitivity, I project the feelings of the moment mixed with the emotions felt during the construction and organization of the canvas in my head."
